However, unlocking them requires you to locate them first, which can be confusing if you are new. So, to help you out, here are all the gear locations in Cursed Gear.
All Gear Locations in Cursed Gear

Finding every gear in Cursed Gear can be challenging due to the map’s size and hidden routes. So, to help you with it, we’ve mentioned all the gear locations and how to reach them.
Projector, Constructor, Manipulator, Executioner & Ravager – Location & Details
All five initial gears, namely Projector, Constructor, Manipulator, Executioner, and Ravager, can be found in a single area. This makes things much easier, as you won’t need to explore different parts of the map to collect them one by one. Just follow the directions below to reach the spot quickly.
- Go to Shibuya Station and take the stairs leading to the exit.
- Move past the wagon and continue straight toward Shibuya Crossing. Follow the road between the two buildings that have large ‘Asura’ billboards on them.
- Keep walking until you notice two shops on both sides with bright red signs. Slow down here and turn right just after you pass the scaffolding.
- Run straight through the narrow alleyway ahead. You will reach another shop with neon green letters.
- Head inside, and you will find several tables with all five gears placed together
Sensor – Location & Details
If you want to obtain Sensor, you must first reach the same location used for collecting the cursed gears mentioned earlier. The main difference is that instead of entering the neon-lit shop, you need to go into the noodle restaurant located directly across from it. Below, we’ve mentioned the steps for you to follow.
- Inside the restaurant, look for a button hidden behind the kitchen island and press it to unlock the path to this gear.
- After activating the button, return to Shibuya Crossing. Take the first right turn onto the street paved with red bricks. You will know you’re heading the right way if you continue past the Tech building.
- Sprint to the very end of the street and enter through the door of the last building on the left. This door will only be unlocked if you pressed the button in the restaurant earlier.
- Go inside, collect the Sensor gear, and you are all set.
Usurper & Interceptor – Location & Details
The hunt for the Usurper, as well as the Interceptor, also begins from the Shibuya Crossing. From there, find the road marked by a large red ‘Hotel’ sign. Below, we’ve mentioned all the steps that you can follow.
- Look for an alleyway on the left side of the red Hotel sign and head straight through it.
- Continue moving forward until you arrive at Konga Mall. Go inside the mall and locate the metal door positioned between a set of coolers.
- Start hitting the door to break it open and gain access. After entering, you will spot an elevator door on the left, which you can use to reach the next floor.
- Once the elevator opens, walk straight ahead. You will find Usurper placed on a table to your left.
- If you want Interceptor instead, open the door directly across from the Usurper table and pick up the gear from inside.
Hydra – Location & Details
Getting Hydra is much tougher compared to the other gears, so be ready for a bit of a challenge. It’s also recommended to bring a friend, as it can make the run easier by distracting the NPCs while you focus on reaching the gear. Below, we’ve mentioned the steps that you can follow.
- Return to Shibuya Station and enter the glowing blue tunnel on the right to access the Undercity drainage area.
- Move straight ahead until you notice a door on the left, then go inside. Press the yellow button to unlock the elevator, and once you step in, hit the blue button to activate it.
- When the elevator opens, turn left and run through the small metal door. Continue forward and take another left at the end of the tunnel.
- Keep heading straight until you reach a grassy area filled with ruins. Locate and break the fifth wall on the left side to proceed.
- This will lead you into a tomb-like passage with candles and pots. Here, destroy the third wall on the right.
- After that, turn left again and continue forward until you reach a grey room with boxes and tables.
- You will find Hydra placed on the table in the center.
