How Do You Start the Broken Falcon Quest in Anime Expeditions?

To begin the Broken Falcon quest, head to the Crimson Shore Story map and look for the Broken Falcon NPC. You can find the NPC behind your character when you spawn into the map.

Once you find the NPC, interact with it to begin the quest and obtain the Broken Falcon, a Secret-rarity unit. However, it isn’t designed to be a permanent combat unit, as its primary purpose is to serve as the starting point for the two available evolution paths.

So, you need to decide whether you want to pursue the Light Path or Dark Path. Your choice determines which type of Souls you need to collect and, ultimately, which Unit you can evolve into. Below, we’ve listed a short breakdown of the paths you can choose.

    PathSouls RequiredFinal Evolution
    Light Path150 Redeemed SoulsSilver Falcon
Dark Path150 Sacrificed Souls5th God Hand

You can currently obtain only one of these evolutions, so consider your team’s needs before committing to a path.

How Do You Get Redeemed Souls and Sacrificed Souls in Anime Expeditions?

Eclipse Infinite Stage in Anime Expeditions

The Souls needed for the Broken Falcon Quest come from Eclipse Infinite Stages. The Eclipse event can appear on Story Mode maps every 30 minutes, which lets you enter the special Infinite stage and work toward your chosen evolution. Once you enter an Eclipsed Infinite Stage, the game gives you choices that influence which type of Souls you will receive at the end.

Every five waves, a choice between Redemption, Sacrifice, and Neutral cards will be given. Selecting Redemption contributes toward the Redemption meter, while choosing Sacrifice increases the Sacrifice meter. Your goal is to favor the meter associated with your desired evolution.

Moreover, clearing the bosses is important because defeating them gives an additional boost to whichever meter is ahead. Therefore, if you are farming Redeemed Souls, choose Redemption and try to keep that meter ahead throughout the run. The same principle applies to Sacrifice when pursuing the Dark Path.

Defeating the final Boss rewards you with Souls corresponding to the meter you ultimately filled.

How Do You Complete the Broken Falcon Quest in Anime Expeditions?

The overall quest is easy once you understand the two paths. First, obtain Broken Falcon from the NPC in Crimson Shore. Next, enter Eclipsed Infinite Stages and farm the Souls related to your chosen path.

You need 150 Redeemed Souls for the Silver Falcon route or 150 Sacrificed Souls for the 5th God Hand route. Once you have reached the required amount, return to the Broken Falcon NPC in Crimson Shore.

The NPC will exchange your collected Souls for the special evolution material associated with your chosen path. From there, you can head to the Evolution Altar and complete the transformation, provided you have all remaining materials.

How Do You Evolve Broken Falcon in Anime Expeditions?

To evolve Broken Falcon in Anime Expeditions, you must first choose between the Light Path and Dark Path. Each route requires a different type of Soul and unlocks a unique evolution. Below, we’ve listed all the evolution routes for the Broken Falcon in Anime Expeditions.

    Silver Falcon

The Silver Falcon is the reward for following the Light Path and collecting 150 Redeemed Souls. After gathering the required Souls, return to the Broken Falcon NPC and exchange them to obtain the necessary evolution item. Below, we’ve provided a table listing all required materials for this evolution.

    MaterialQuantity
    Cursed Egg1
    Green Sprite25
    Blue Sprite25
    Red Sprite25
    Rainbow Sprite3
    Gold10,000

Once you have everything, travel to the Evolution Altar in the Upgrades section of the main lobby. Select Broken Falcon, find the Silver Falcon Evolution, and confirm the evolution. Your Broken Falcon will then transform into the Silver Falcon.

    5th God Hand

The alternative is the 5th God Hand, which requires you to follow the Dark Path and collect 150 Sacrificed Souls. You can exchange these Sacrificed Souls for the special evolution material required for the 5th God Hand. Below, we’ve provided a table listing all required materials for this evolution.

    MaterialQuantity
    Eclipse Shard1
    Purple Sprite25
    Yellow Sprite25
    Pink Sprite25
    Rainbow Sprite3
    Gold10,000

With the materials ready, go to the Evolution Altar in the Upgrades area. Select Broken Falcon and choose the 5th God Hand Evolution to complete the transformation.

Which Broken Falcon Evolution Should You Choose in Anime Expeditions?

There isn’t a universally correct answer because both evolutions fill different roles. Silver Falcon should be your pick if you want support buffs and additional Yen income. It is especially useful when your lineup contains a mixture of Physical and Magical Units.

However, 5th God Hand is the better choice for those who want more combat power. Its crowd-control capabilities and strong scaling make it a decent option for clearing Infinite Wave modes.

So, it’s recommended to take a look at your current roster and check whether your team needs support or offensive control. Once you choose a path, focus entirely on its corresponding meter so you can efficiently obtain the 150 Souls required for the evolution.
