Abyss is a popular Roblox experience where deep-sea exploration and fishing become a thrilling survival journey. You will dive into the depths of the ocean, catch rare fish, and complete quests while managing oxygen and dodging underwater dangers. However, your journey through the ocean depths becomes far easier if you teleport to a location.
Teleporting is a game-changer, making you far more efficient when traveling to other places. Moreover, it cancels the risk of running out of oxygen or using multiple oxygen tanks. However, unlocking this feature isn’t as easy as you think, especially since the game provides no in-game tutorial. So, to help you out, here’s a complete guide explaining how to teleport in Abyss.
How to Teleport in Abyss

Fast travel in Abyss comes with a rather unusual visual effect. However, you will need to unlock it first to make your life easier. So, to gain access to teleportation, you must complete a quest assigned by the Scientist NPC. You can find him on the starter island, positioned just to the right of the Harpoon Shop. Approach him and press the ‘E’ key to begin the interaction.
After speaking with him, the Scientist will explain how teleportation functions and task you with collecting four specific items scattered around the starter island. You will need to locate these items and deliver them back to him to complete the objective. Once you’ve successfully turned in all required materials, fast travel will become available. Below, we’ve mentioned all the required materials.
- Door
- Toilet Paper
- Toilet Seat
- Power Relay
However, teleporting to a new region isn’t automatic. You will first need to unlock that area and physically locate its teleporter. After activating a teleporter in another region and linking it to the network, you can move freely between unlocked locations, making exploration and progression much more efficient.
