Abyss is a popular Roblox experience where deep-sea exploration and fishing become a thrilling survival journey. You will dive into the depths of the ocean, catch rare fish, and complete quests while managing oxygen and dodging underwater dangers. However, your journey through the ocean depths becomes far easier if you teleport to a location.

Teleporting is a game-changer, making you far more efficient when traveling to other places. Moreover, it cancels the risk of running out of oxygen or using multiple oxygen tanks. However, unlocking this feature isn’t as easy as you think, especially since the game provides no in-game tutorial. So, to help you out, here’s a complete guide explaining how to teleport in Abyss.

Fast travel in Abyss comes with a rather unusual visual effect. However, you will need to unlock it first to make your life easier. So, to gain access to teleportation, you must complete a quest assigned by the Scientist NPC. You can find him on the starter island, positioned just to the right of the Harpoon Shop. Approach him and press the ‘E’ key to begin the interaction.

After speaking with him, the Scientist will explain how teleportation functions and task you with collecting four specific items scattered around the starter island. You will need to locate these items and deliver them back to him to complete the objective. Once you’ve successfully turned in all required materials, fast travel will become available. Below, we’ve mentioned all the required materials.

      • Door
      • Toilet Paper
      • Toilet Seat
      • Power Relay

However, teleporting to a new region isn’t automatic. You will first need to unlock that area and physically locate its teleporter. After activating a teleporter in another region and linking it to the network, you can move freely between unlocked locations, making exploration and progression much more efficient.

To unlock the teleporter, you must find all the required items. These items are scattered around the safe zone, where you basically spawn. Below, we’ve mentioned all the items and their locations in Abyss.

      Door – Location & Details

You’ll find the teleportation chamber door positioned beside David’s Tube Shop. It’s leaning against the wall near the Pufferfish Tube. Walk up to it and press the ‘E’ button to pick it up.

Toilet Paper – Location & Details

Head over to the left side of Henry’s Harpoon Shop. There, you will notice a group of NPCs sitting in a circle with a round table in the center. Look underneath that table to spot the toilet paper. Approach it and press ‘E’ to collect it.

Toilet Seat – Location & Details

The toilet seat is located behind Richard’s Bestiary Stall, which is near the leaderboard section. Just like the other items, move close to it and press the ‘E’ button to add it to your inventory.

Power Relay – Location & Details

For the final component, go to the right of Billy’s Portable Stash. You will see a device resting on a rock between several crates, resembling two antennas with a coil positioned in the middle. Interact with it to collect the power relay.
