Best Ways To Get Coins In House Of Legacy
There are quite a few ways to earn money in House of Legacy. This includes primarily three methods, which are Retainers, Rent, and Businesses. You can employ either of these three or all of them to rake in a lot of cash every month. But each of them has their own caveats. So, here’s a deep dive into which ones the best:
Retainers
Retainers are essentially individuals whom you can hire on a monthly salary and employ to take care of small gigs across the city. The amount of money you can get from a retainer depends on two things: their character stats and the number of retainers you have already.
For the most value, try to hire retainers with at least 30+ Writing stats and set them to ‘Complete Gigs’. Retainers are perfect for early game, and can quickly help you get to the 100K per month income.
If you find Retainers with 35+ Business stats, you should hire them and employ them to ‘Conduct Business’ rather than complete gigs. This will allow them to automatically interact with merchants and complete trades across the city.
Houses
Another guaranteed way to earn coins every month in House of Legacy is from Houses. You can find tons of empty houses in every Province, that you can buy for a sum of money. Essentially, you can use Houses for one of two things: Set up your retainers or Rent out.
While setting up retainers is a necessity, one house is more than sufficient for that and shouldn’t cost more than 60K coins. On the other hand, renting it out can net you a fixed monthly income.
Do note that, while the income is guaranteed, the amount you get is quite less in terms of ROI. For example, a House which might have cost you 60K coins to buy, will net you at most 4-5K coins per month in rent. This might seem good, but doesn’t come close to how much you can earn from businesses.
Businesses
Finally, the most lucrative way to earn money in House of Legacy is from businesses. While they are a bit costly to build, you can recoup almost 30-40% of your investment in just one month’s time.
For beginners, Grocery Stores are good enough investments, followed by Bookstores for the mid-game. But the best business to build is the Smithy. You can get almost 200K coins per month from a single max level Smithy.
The trick to earning the most amount of coins is to maximize the building’s level while minimizing the wages you pay to your employees. For instance, you can pay just 300 coins for every employee of your Smithy to almost double your profit margins.
How To Auto Collect Coins In House Of Legacy
Now that you know how to earn tons of coins, you should also know how to collect your monthly revenue without having to worry about missing it. As you progress, managing over five Provinces and collecting revenue from every shop can be quite a hassle.
So, follow the steps mentioned below to easily collect Shop Revenues from every province on auto mode:
- Find a Clan member from the Lineage who is free.
- Open their profile, and select ‘Set Duty’.
- Then select ‘Collect Shop Revenues’ and select the city you want them to collect from.
- Press ‘Confirm‘ and then you won’t have to worry about collecting from that city.
Do note that if in any case the Clan member is unavailable or dies, you need to either manually collect the revenue or set another clan member to fulfill this duty. Also, you can also set the same for ‘Collect Rent’, but every Clan member can have at most one duty.
