There are three ways through which you can get a Primal Egg in Grow A Garden, crafting, trading, and purchasing. Crafting is the most reliable way to get the Egg, but it requires resources. Trading uses your excess pets, while you can also buy them using Robux in the shop.

      Craft The Primal Egg

To craft the Primal Egg, you need to head to the Crafting Table near the Prehistoric Quest Stall. Then, scroll to the bottom to find the Primal Egg recipe. You will need 1x Dinosaur Egg, 1x Bone Blossom, and 5.5M Sheckles to craft the Egg. The crafting process takes just 30 minutes to complete.

Trade Pets Using The DNA Machine

You can speak with Graham behind the Dino Egg stall to trade your unused pets with him. To do that, you will need the upgraded DNA Machine from the NPC Barry. There is a small chance for you to receive a Primal Egg alongside a Primal pet or other rewards as well.

      Buy From The Shop

If you are willing to spend Robux, you can purchase the Premium Primal Egg for 149 Robux (1 egg), 429 Robux (3 eggs), or 1,269 Robux (10 eggs) in the shop. Premium eggs have a 30-second hatch timer, and it has increased odds of rare pets.

      Best Primal Egg Pets

Spinosaurus is the best Primal Egg Pet if you want to maximize your profits in Grow A Garden. It can take valuable mutations from multiple fruits and apply one to another, which stacks Mutations so high that your crops can sell for Millions.

Dilophosaurus is the next best pet from Primal Egg, as it boosts XP or reduces cooldown for other pets in your garden. Pachycephalosaurus is another good option if you craft frequently, since it has the ability to duplicate crafted items like seeds, gears, or eggs.

What Is The Pet Mutation Update

The Pet Mutation Update builds upon the Prehistoric Update, where you can mutate your high-level pets into more powerful versions. The new Pet Mutation Station is located beside the Pet Eggs stall.

It lets you mutate pets aged 50 or higher into special variants with stat boosts and brand-new passives. Each mutation will cost you 500 million Sheckles or 49 Robux, and it takes 1 hour to complete.

Besides Pet Mutations, the update added new seeds, pets, events, and gear. New weather events like the zombie-themed Brains… event and new crop Mutations like the Infected Mutation were added as well.
