From Travelling Merchant
The Magic Mirror is an exclusive item that can only be acquired by purchasing it from the Travelling Merchant. However, you will need to spend 150,000 in-game currency to purchase the item.
It is a cheaper alternative to the Traveller’s Whistle, which costs around 2.5 million coins altogether. If you are lucky, you will be able to see the Magic Mirror available as there are only 3 items that are available whenever he appears.

It is recommended to get the Magic Mirror if you travel a lot to Moosewood Island. Also, many new events and quests take place at Moosewood Island itself.
Unlike the Traveller’s Whistle, you do not need to complete the Moosewood Island bestiary to teleport there by using the Magic Mirror. Thus, it makes travelling easier and less time-consuming.
