The easiest way to earn Candy Corn is by completing all the minigames that are available to you. You can also complete all the daily tasks to maximize your Candy Corn earnings.
If you are somehow not able to adopt the Black Dog, you can trade with your friends through Discord. Since there are no other ways to get the Black Dog, get the pet within the limited time before the event ends.
