Also, its plot is very to the point and doesn’t deviate from its core. A major complaint is the absence of good character development for the side cast but that can be forgiven.

With a seamless blend of both sci-fi and breathtaking hand-to-hand fights, it’s an ambitious venture and it’s successful. While there are some minor hiccups here and there such as slow pacing and irregular plot progression which might be jarring to the reader, other than that it’s a must-read for revenge plotlines.

Since the MC isn’t all that powerful, he has to use his skills in order to get the better of others. This plot mechanism in the whole revenge trope is really good. But sometimes it may feel that the main character isn’t being as fleshed out as it should be due to rapid arc progressions. Still, it’s a pretty good read.
