The Heavenly Pickaxe is located inside the Secret Maze.
So, to get there, take the left path from where you spawned in Frostspire Expanse. Just walk past the Bjorn NPC and take the left turn, which’ll lead you to the docks area. From there, talk to the Ferry Operator NPC, and he’ll ask for a Coinite to cross you over to the new location. Once you’ve paid, hop onto the ship before the timer ends, or your Coinite will be wasted.
After arriving, jump into the large hole ahead, walk straight, and enter the maze. Once you complete it, you’ll find two Angel NPCs standing before a golden doorway.
