However, getting them isn’t easy, as you will need to explore a lot across the map. So, to help you out, here’s a complete guide that points out all the Ancient Fragments in Sailor Piece.

Sailor Piece features a total of 20 possible spawn points for Ancient Fragments, but only two will appear at a time, chosen randomly. These fragments respawn every 1 minute and 30 seconds, and each one remains available for up to 5 minutes before despawning.

So, to gather them efficiently, you can take advantage of the map portals, which let you travel between islands quickly and cover more locations in less time. Below, we’ve mentioned all the possible Ancient Fragment locations that you need to watch out for.

Ancient Fragment Location 1 – Starter Island

Head to the left side of Starter Island, where several rocks are clustered together. Check near the base of these rocks to spot an Ancient Fragment.

Ancient Fragment Location 2 – Starter Island

Another fragment can be found on top of the windmill at the back of Starter Island. Keep jumping upward until you reach the roof.

Ancient Fragment Location 3 – Desert Island

Teleport to Desert Island and locate the giant skeleton lying on the ground. From there, look across to a nearby building and check its rooftop for the fragment.

Ancient Fragment Location 4 – Desert Island

Just behind the large skeleton, there’s a smaller structure. Climb onto its roof to find an Ancient Fragment. This building is close to the Desert teleporter.

Ancient Fragment Location 5 – Snow Island

On Snow Island, move to the cabin on the right side. Inspect the area just below its window to find the fragment.

Ancient Fragment Location 6 – Hollow Island

After exiting the teleporter on Hollow Island, head toward the building with multiple open doors in front of you. Check along its edge for the fragment.

Ancient Fragment Location 7 – Hollow Island

Still on Hollow Island, go behind the Manipulator NPC. Near the factory tower, find a tree and look at its first branch to collect the fragment.

Ancient Fragment Location 8 – Shibuya Station

On Shibuya Island, move toward the left side near the beach. Climb the large building there and check beneath the fourth glass panel for the fragment.

Ancient Fragment Location 9 – Shibuya Station

Look across from the previous building to find a tall U-shaped structure. The fragment is located at the edge of this building, easily visible from the teleporter area.

Ancient Fragment Location 10 – Shinjuku Island

Travel to Shinjuku Island and head to the back. Find the building shown there and check its central beam section to locate the fragment.

Ancient Fragment Location 11 – Shinjuku Island

To the right of the previous spot, there’s a taller building. Climb up carefully and look between the two pillars near the top to find another fragment.

Ancient Fragment Location 12 – Slime Island

On Slime Island, go to the small building in front of the teleporter. The fragment is placed on the first-floor balcony.

Ancient Fragment Location 13 – Slime Island

Move to the rear side of Slime Island to find a large Colosseum. Check the point where it meets the green biome area to locate the fragment.

Ancient Fragment Location 14 – Academy Island

At Academy Island, go toward the outer wall in front of the castle. Look for a small ledge on the right-hand side of the wall where the fragment rests.

Ancient Fragment Location 15 – Academy Island

Another fragment is located at the back of the castle. Check along the side of the castle structure near the Demon King NPC.

Ancient Fragment Location 16 – Judgment Island

After using the teleporter on Judgment Island, head toward the back and look to your right. You will find a mountain area with the fragment on top.

Ancient Fragment Location 17 – Judgment Island

From the previous spot, move forward to find two dark square rocks. The fragment is positioned beneath them, close to the Yamato NPC.

Ancient Fragment Location 18 – Ninja Island

Go to the center of Ninja Island and locate the large tree. Across from it, find a smaller leafless tree and check its branch for the fragment.

Ancient Fragment Location 19 – Lawless Island

At the back of Lawless Island, look for a leaning tower. The fragment is located underneath this structure.

Ancient Fragment Location 20 – Lawless Island

In front of the leaning tower, there’s a flat slab made of black and white stones. Check its surface to collect the final fragment.

To access Sea 2 in Sailor Piece, make your way to World Island and speak with the Sea Traveler NPC to begin the quest. Once activated, you will need to complete a few important objectives before you can progress to the next sea. Below, we’ve mentioned all the prerequisites that you must meet to unlock Sea 2.

      Find the Lost Fragments

Start by collecting two Ancient Fragments. These spawn at specific locations across various islands, appearing every 1 minute and 30 seconds and disappearing after 5 minutes. Because of the limited time window, you will need to move quickly between spawn points to grab them before they despawn.

      Restore the Map

After securing the fragments, your next objective is to gather five Map Pieces. These items drop from select open-world bosses in Sea 1. So, to progress faster, focus on defeating the bosses that are known to drop these pieces and repeat the process until you collect all five.
