Role Description:
We are on the lookout for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to join our team at GameGeekFusion. This is a remote position where you will be responsible for creating and editing video content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. Your primary focus will be on producing high-quality gaming, tech, anime, and geek culture videos that captivate viewers and drive traffic to our platform.

Tenure:
This role offers flexible tenure, ranging from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 12-month internships, depending on individual availability. Please indicate your preferred tenure in your Cover Letter.
This role will be managed by CIGMA LLC, and compensation will be both location and performance-based. We offer a competitive package based on your skills, creativity, and quality of work.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Video Editor Intern, you will:
- Edit and produce video content, including game reviews, guides, discussions, and more.
- Collaborate with content creators and the editorial team to bring engaging concepts to life.
- Use creative editing techniques to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
- Add graphics, animations, sound effects, and other enhancements to videos.
- Ensure all video content is polished, visually appealing, and aligns with our brand standards.
- Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube and Instagram) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and tools to continually improve content quality.
- Assist with post-production tasks, such as color correction, audio leveling, and video exporting.
This role provides hands-on experience in video editing and production, allowing you to build a strong portfolio that can be used to secure future opportunities in media, content creation, and video production.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Strong understanding of video production, editing principles, and storytelling.
- Creative mindset with a passion for gaming, anime, tech, or geek culture.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
