Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Intern to join our growing team at GameGeekFusion. This is a remote freelance position where you will be working closely with senior management and contributing to the smooth operation of our HR department. Your primary responsibilities will include managing payroll data, creating and sending invoices, and keeping communication flowing between contributors and the management team regarding any updates to the pay structure.
As this role is primarily remote, it is designed to be flexible, requiring approximately 1 hour per day, or at most 5 hours a week. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain practical HR experience or those seeking to switch career paths into Human Resources.
Tenure
This role provides flexible tenure based on requisites, ranging from a minimum of 3 months to a maximum of 12-month internships. Kindly mention your preferred tenure in the Cover Letter.
This role will be managed by CIGMA LLC, and compensation will be both location and performance-based. We offer a competitive package based on your experience and the quality of your work.
Job Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will:
- Collaborate with the senior management team at GameGeekFusion to manage the payroll database.
- Create and send invoices to contributors on a monthly basis.
- Keep contributors informed about any updates or changes to the pay structure.
- Assist in coordinating with the team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication between contributors and management.
- Be proactive in ensuring that all HR-related tasks are completed promptly and accurately.
