The world of Hero’s Adventure: Road To Passion is sprawling with sects, each headed by a sect leader who can be considered as powerful as an end-game boss. Every player aims to join a sect to learn their material arts and eventually become as powerful as the Sect Leader.

But have you considered the Exterminate option whenever you talk to the sect leader? Yes, you can eliminate any sect in Hero’s Adventure by choosing the exterminate option. But doing that isn’t as easy as it sounds. So,  this guide will give you everything you need to know about exterminating every sect in Hero’s Adventure.

How To Exterminate A Sect In Hero’s Adventure?

There are quite a few sects in Hero’s Adventure: Road To Passion that you must look out for. There are over 15 sects; you can eliminate every single one whenever you want if you’re powerful enough.

If you think you’re ready to face the Sect Leaders, follow these steps to start a sect extermination:

1. First, go to the Sect that you wish to eliminate. Then, directly meet the Sect Leader.
   
2. Once you click on the Sect Leader, Choose the “Leader” option, then choose to “Exterminate”.
   
3. When you click on “Exterminate”, you would be prompted on whether you wish to proceed; if you do, you’d have to fight off the entire Sect, including the Leader, to exterminate it completely.

You need to follow the above steps to start the extermination process, but how can you actually go through with it and come out victorious? 

Beating The Big 4 Sects

Exterminating the smaller sects like the Blue Wind Camp or Tomb Raider Sect can be pretty easy for most players. But when it comes to the Big 4 Sects, that is where the real challenge is. The big four sects are the Taoist Sect, Shifa Temple, Confucius Temple and the Langya Sword Pavilion. Here’s how you can beat those sects with much ease:

Confucius Temple

The Confucius Temple is, by far, the most challenging Sect to exterminate. The Sect Leader Cai Yuanchang revives himself three times, which is a real pain. You should face him with a team since there’s no way to tank his techniques alone. Here’s the most viable strategy to exterminate this Sect and beat Cai Yuanchang:

1. Have your team divided into three damage dealers, two tanks with legendary equipment, and the Seal of People on your hardest hitter.
   
2. Have the Seal of Sky and Fist Damage Reduction Armour on your Tanks with the Prayer Manual to help him survive the longest.
   
3. Make your damage dealers use spear or sword techniques and keep them away from Cai Yuanchang’s range since he will one-shot anyone who isn’t tanky enough.

Once exterminate them, you can get Legendary Grade Potions, Technique and a Fist Weapon.

Taoist Sect

The Taoist Sect specializes in Sword Techniques, so it is recommended not to use Sword Techniques against the Sect Leader Zhong Yangzi. The Sect Leader’s strongest technique is the Infinity Sword, which you must avoid at all costs. That move can wipe out your entire team in one shot and spread out your characters when fighting the Leader. Follow these steps to beat the Taoist Sect and beat Zhong Yangzi:

1. Avoid getting hit by Infinity Sword by maintaining your distance from Zhong Yangzi.
   
2. Use Spear or Fist Techniques to maximize the damage on the Sect Leader.
   
3. Switch between the Prayer Manual and the Nine Provinces Internal Manual to survive as long as possible.

Once exterminate them, you can get a Legendary Grade Sword and Technique as a reward.

Shifa Temple

The Shifa Temple is a Buddhist Sect whose members are masters of the Fist Technique. You don’t need to worry about them since they are relatively easy to counter. Even though their attacks hit extremely hard, they are very slow in battle. Here’s what you need to do to beat them:

1. Unlock the Wind Passive Skill to move after every attack to keep distance between you and the Sect Leader.
   
2. Use Sword or Spear Techniques to maximize the damage on the members.
   
3. Always keep 3 blocks of distance between your characters and the Sect Leader because he can reflect 30% of damage dealt to him in a 2-block radius.

Once exterminate them, you can get a Legendary Grade Fist Weapon and Technique as a reward.

Langya Sword Pavilion

Like the Taoist Sect, the Langya Sword Pavilion is also a Sword Sect, but fortunately, it is stronger than the Taoist Sect. The Sect Leader Jian Chi uses his strongest technique, Nameless Sword, very often, but having the Seal of Sky accessory can be used to Parry it easily. Apart from that, here’s the strategy you need to beat the Taoist Sect and Jian Chi:

1. Use Spear or Fist Techniques to Kill the Sect Leader First.
   
2. Equip the Seal of Sky accessory on one of your Team Members to tank the hits from the Sect Leader while others deal damage.

When you exterminate the Langya Sword Pavilion, you can get a Legendary Sword Technique and Ore as a reward. Also, you will get access to their Sect Mountain, where you can farm Legendary Grade Ores.
