Grow A Garden is a popular Roblox experience where you can grow plants, raise pets, and use powerful mutations to increase crop values. Recently, the Zen Update went live, which added lots of new things in Grow A Garden.

The Zen Update features Zen Event that can give your plants the new Tranquil Mutation. Moreover, the event also added a new shop where you can buy lots of items with Tranquil points. So, here’s a complete guide covering everything about the Zen Event in Grow A Garden.

Zen Event In Grow A Garden

The Zen Event is a limited-time event in Grow A Garden added in update 1.15.0. Every hour, a Zen Aura weather event triggers that lasts for 10 minutes. During this time, your crops can gain the Tranquil Mutation.

You can give the Tranquil fruits to the Zen Channeller NPC to grow the Zen Tree, which unlocks various levels of rewards in the Tranquil Treasures Shop. Alternatively, you can also trade them at the Zen Shop for Chi to purchase Zen Eggs, seeds, cosmetics, and more.

What Are Tranquil Plants In Grow A Garden

Tranquil plants are not any specific crops; instead, these are any plants that get the Tranquil Mutation. The Tranquil Mutation in Grow A Garden is a special plant mutation added during the Zen Event.

It is applied only during Zen Aura weather, which occurs at the start of every hour and lasts for ten minutes. During this time, any crop in your garden has a chance to become Tranquil.

When a crop mutates and gets the Tranquil Mutation, you can exchange it in the Zen Event. You can trade Tranquil crops to the Zen Channeller to grow the Zen Tree or to the Tranquil Treasures Zen Shop Tanuki for Chi, which unlocks special pets, seeds, gears, and cosmetics.

How To Get Tranquil Points (Chi)

After you have collected lots of Tranquil plants, you can exchange them for Tranquil Points (Chi), which is the currency for the Zen Event. To get Chi, you need to go to the Tanuki NPC running the Zen Shop, give all your Tranquil plants.

Simply talk to the Tanuki NPC and select either of the options ‘Take this plant’ if you’re holding one or ‘Take all my Tanquil plants’, if you want to give all plants from your inventory. The rarer a plant is, the more Tranquil Points it will give you after exchanging.

How To Level Up The Zen Tree

You can level up the Zen Tree by giving your Tranquil Crops to the Zen Channeller NPC. The NPC will convert your crops to Chi, which will be used to grow the Zen Tree. You will get different amounts of Chi depending on the rarity of the crop that you hand over.

      Rare3
      Legendary4
      Mythical5
      Divine6

      Transcendent8

The tree has multiple levels that you can level up with Chi. The more you level up the Zen Tree, the more items will be unlocked in the Tranquil Treasures Zen Shop. Each time the tree is leveled up, you will get a random reward. Both the stages and the rewards are given below:

How To Get Zen Seed Pack In Grow A Garden

There are two ways through which you can get Zen Seed Packs, for which you will need to participate in the Zen Event using Tranquil Mutated Crops. Alternatively, you can also buy the Zen Seed Pack with Robux if you want to skip the event.

      1. Grow The Zen Tree (Unk The Monk NPC)

You will need to give Tranquil fruits to Unk the Monk, the NPC at the center of the Zen Event area. Giving enough Tranquil crops will give you Chi, which will ultimately make the Zen Tree grow.

Each stage of the Zen Tree will give you free rewards like Zen Crates, Zen Eggs, and sometimes Zen Seed Packs. You should use Tranquil Pet Shard or pets like Tanchozuru to trigger the Tranquil Mutation more frequently.

      2. Buy From The Zen Shop (Chi Currency)

You can also submit your Tranquil crops to the Tranquil Treasures Zen Shop Tanuki NPC, who will give you Chi in return. You can then buy the Zen Seed Pack for 12 Chi or 199 Robux. You are guaranteed to get the Zen Seed Pack in this method if you do not want the RNG from leveling up the Zen Tree.

How To Get Zen Egg In Grow A Garden

You can get Zen Eggs in two ways during the event. You can buy this egg from the Tranquil Treasures Shop for 30 Chi or 149 Robux. Alternatively, after you grow the Zen Tree after channeling your Tranquil crops into Chi, it has a chance to give you the Zen Egg, among other rewards.

      Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
