You can only get Fall Harvest rewards by completing activities for Fall Energy. After you finish tasks, you need to return to the Fall Harvest NPC and claim your rewards manually. You will not receive rewards unless you speak to the NPC before the reset.
Rewards drop every 12 hours, at fixed times depending on your time zone. For example, in EDT, you get rewards at 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., while in PDT, rewards unlock at 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you miss the collection window, your progress resets, and you lose the chance at those items.
How To Get Fall Energy In Grow A Garden
To earn Fall Energy, you need to complete Fall Activity quests from the Fall Harvest NPC. This NPC is opposite to the Harvester Spirit tree, behind a stall with boards on each side.
