If you are lucky, you can obtain one as they have a fixed 0.05% chance of being caught when fishing in the radius of an active Atomic Nuke. It has -100 Resilience and -97% Progress Speed.

Akkorokamui is a cephalopod whose long tendrils glows like fire that cannot be extinguished. It is said that it brings good fortune to those who spare it and swift demise to those who don’t. It can be found anywhere during the Continental Drift and at a fixed chance of 5% during the Earthquake Admin Event.
Akkorokamui has -70 Resilience and -95% Progress Speed. You can use Fishing Rods like Ruinous Oath, Cerulean Fang Rod, Polaris Serenade, or Onirifalx to increase your chances.
How To Get Charybdis
Charybdis is said to have once been a Goddess who was cursed to eternal hunger. It is a Cataclysmic Fish that you can get from any body of water during the Continental Drift and at a fixed chance of 5% during the Earthquake Admin Event. Her swirling maw still consumes ships, storms, and the ocean itself.
Charybdis has -70 Resilience and -95% Progress Speed. You can use Fishing Rods like the Ruinous Oath, Oniriflax, Polaris Serenade, or Evil Pitchfork to make your life easier.
