Vampire Mansion Location In Dead Spells
The Vampire Mansion is located at the 55,000m mark in Dead Spells. From your initial spawn point, this means you’ll need to travel a considerable distance, making preparation a necessity. You’ll recognize the mansion by its distinct Gothic aesthetic and the vampires stationed at the entrance.
To even begin the journey, you must fuel your wagon. This requires a substantial amount of coal and corpses. Since the Samurai Dojo lies just before the mansion, one effective strategy is to defeat the samurai enemies there and use their corpses as fuel. Alternatively, you can wait until nightfall and eliminate shadow entities to gather the necessary resources.
How To Clear The Vampire Mansion In Dead Spells
Vampires in Dead Spells have no ranged attacks, making them relatively manageable when fought from a distance. Use long-range weapons or spells to avoid close-quarters combat. However, they do attack in groups, and getting surrounded can quickly lead to death. Here are some survival tips:
- Keep moving to avoid getting boxed in.
- Always carry healing and speed potions.
- Don’t engage vampires in narrow corridors or stairwells.
- Use AoE spells or crowd-control abilities if available.
The mansion is split into two floors. The ground floor has a high concentration of standard vampires, while the upper level is home to the Elder Vampire, the area boss. Be sure your group is fully healed and stocked before advancing to the top floor.
How To Find And Use The Crystal Key
The Crystal Key is dropped exclusively by the Elder Vampire boss, found on the top floor of the mansion. This boss is significantly more powerful than normal enemies, featuring increased health, faster movement, and enhanced damage output. To defeat it effectively:
- Use high-DPS classes like Gnome, Goblin, Knight, or Ghoul.
- Equip a strong melee weapon such as a high-damage sword.
- Carry multiple Healing Potions in your hot bar, not in your Sack.
- Bring a few Revives to get back up during critical moments.
Once you’ve slain the Elder Vampire, it will drop the Crystal Key, and its corpse can also be used as wagon fuel. To use the key, locate the blue door opposite the mansion’s entrance.
Drag the Crystal Key to the keyhole to unlock the door. Inside, you’ll find high-value loot such as Burgers, Iron Bars, Gold Bars, and other prestigious in-game materials.
Vampire Mansion: Vlad’s Location & Shop Items
Inside the Vampire Mansion, you can also encounter an NPC named Vlad. He acts as a vendor for vampire-themed equipment, but you have two choices, either buy from him or kill him. Purchasing from Vlad gives you access to the following items:
